I host GoToSocial on a VPS. It is my primary Fediverse interface and it has been more than adequate for my needs. The only thing I do that is of much difference to the standard deployment is that I back up the docker volume using my standard 10-19 LIFE/13 TECH SETUP/13.12 PROCESSES/Backups process for cloud services.
